i was sitting in a mayor's city council and it was up to be appointed and left the city hall politics field the reason i'm here today just to echo, i would like to not just present some information to all of us here but to people maybe watching on the t v. the policy could be dominated by the state. so we are not expecting to know how much the city and county can do with this kind of legislation to be able to be legal or adopted by the supervisor or the mayor. i think that's two things i would like to echo. check and balance which is monetary and supply and demand. the reason we are doing with not just people using the placard legal or not. many people have done that job. i don't need to do that. it's downtown area. it's from the top of my head, the green zone area and also maybe when it came to the yellow zone commercial on the weekend so we can allow people to use it for two hours, for hours limited. and also if you want to go further after the part is set up even after a four year period we can check whether we use it on yellow and black for the truck for the weekend and downtown a
